Rental Conditions
· 4 night minimum stay May thru August
· 3 night minimum stay September thru October (Garden A - 2 night min stay)
· 7 night minimum stay Christmas (December 21 thru January 3).
· 5 night minimum stay all other times.
3 night deposit is required to confirm reservation.
Cancellation Policy
· 30 days advance written notice of cancellation for
summer season April 16 - December 15.
· 45 days advance written notice of cancellation for
winter season December 16 - April 15, except Christmas
Period.
· Christmas Period - Deposit refundable if cancelled prior
to October 1, 2010.
Christmas Rental Period Surcharge
· $45 per night for period December 21 thru January 3.
Maid Service
· Daily except Sunday
