Cancellation Policy
· 30 days advance written notice of cancellation for

· 45 days advance written notice of cancellation for
winter season December 16 2007 - April 15 2008, except Christmas
Period.
· Christmas Period - Deposit refundable if cancelled prior
to October 1, 2008.
Christmas Rental Period Surcharge
· $45 per day for period December 21 thru January 3.
