Rental Conditions
· 3 night minimum stay September thru October (Garden A - 2 night min stay)
· 7 night minimum stay Christmas (December 21 thru January 3).
· 5 night minimum stay all other times.
3 night deposit is required to confirm reservation.
Cancellation Policy
· 60 days advance written notice of cancellation, except Christmas
Period.
· Christmas Period (Dec 21 - Jan 3) - Deposit refundable if cancelled prior
to October 1.
Christmas Rental Period Surcharge
· $50 per night for period December 21 thru January 3.
Maid Service
· Daily except Sunday and some public holidays
Checkout Time
· 12 noon
